I just went and picked up my very first car from here and the customer service John provided me was the best experience for my first car. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I walked out and I truly felt like he was treating me like he would treat a family member. If your looking for a car whether your trading up or looking for your first car, I highly recommend going to friendlys. You truly will not regret it!

I just want to say that John Gallery took such great care of my 25 year old goddaughter on the purchase of her car !!! He took the time and care that a parent would appreciate someone doing for one of their children!! I highly recommend John and his team here at Friendly’s here in Cumming!!!

I had such a great experience at the dealership! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire process felt smooth from start to finish. Sam who helped me was fantastic he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to what I was looking for. He didn’t rush me at all and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. It felt like he genuinely cared about finding the best car for me rather than just making a sale. Overall, I’m really impressed with both the dealership and the person who assisted me!

John was a phenomenal sales consultant not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I was set and comfortable in the office he also spent his whole day making sure I was in the right car with the right budget for me and I’m so grateful for him and his whole team working on things will definitely be recommending everyone to come here.
